What to write? I'm sitting here thinkin' I should've started this blog a few days ago...
I had a pretty uneventful day today, the kids were off from school because of an "In Service Day" (which makes absolutely no sense at all... I mean, everyone else and their Mother was off on Monday, yet, my kids had school....) I know... The schools can only account for so many holiday days, yet, they can be off 4 days later for an ISD? Why not make it easier for families. We very rarely get to spend time together to begin with. How, you might ask, with 3 kids did you have an uneventful day? Well, gameboy is a wonderful thing, lol. My kids don't get very much time during a 'normal' week to play it, so they take full advantage on days like this. Besides, I was down one child today... She slept over a friend's house last night.
I'd like this blog to be different... I'd like someone to write w/a topic for conversation.... debate, vent, what-ever.... I don't know about you, but some issues, I just cannot discuss with my husband... Take the military for instance. We are a military family, so as soon as the subject comes up, the blinders go up for him. It's like he cannot say one negative thing... I swear, they have thim trained for good! :) Don't get me wrong. I am not against the military, that was not where I was trying to go with this (topic)... I am not saying I'm against the war either, just how it was handled and where we are at right now.
Anyway.... I'd love to hear your thoughts (on the above) and I'd love to get a 'vote' (unoffically of course) on who you would vote for this upcoming election. And, if you won't vote, why not? Personally, I have NEVER voted in my life.... And if I was going to start, I wouldn't be voting for Ms. Clinton. I think any person who has proven time and time again, that their personal life takes priority over anything else (and stays married to the slimball - sorry) and that morals mean nothing doesn't deserve to be president. I mean, can you imagine... what damage the 2 of them would do, esp. if she took him as her Vice President? I'm all for a woman president, just not her.
Well, it seems as tho I did have something to write about after all -- Hope to hear from you!
